Trail fee includes free GPS installed by the Golf Club.
- • If member does NOT want GPS installed, there is a $300 additional charge.
- • GPS must be returned to the Golf Club when membership ends.

Annual pass holder can book tee times 7 days in advance for 2 hours after public first tee only.
- • EXAMPLE: If first public tee is 6am, annual pass holder can book for 8am tee only for 2 hours.
- Membership expires on Dec. 31, 2021 and amount due will be prorated plus $199 processing fee.
- Free membership to existing and/or previous members age 90 years old and over
All contracts are for one-year period ending December 31. Should an annual pass be terminated, the pass holder must wait one year before purchasing a new pass. Medical credit is applied to the following year Annual Pass only and it does not apply to Trail Fees. Family is defined as couples residing in the same residence.
Annual Pass Booking Policies
Annual Pass holders will have access to book tee times 7 days in advance for two hours only after public first tee.
Designated Holidays
The Holidays that will affect Annual Pass holders are New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Golf Course Rules and Regulations
All Brentwood Golf Club Rules and Regulations will be on file in the golf shop.
Course Maintenance
Brentwood Golf Club may have days that are blocked out due to maintenance work or outside group activities.
Private Golf Carts
All privately owned golf carts will need to be approved for use on Brentwood Golf Club by management and the cart owner will need to provide a certificate of insurance and must display the appropriate decals. Only approved golf carts with designated sticker will be allowed on the golf course property.
Termination of Annual Pass Package
Brentwood Golf Club reserves the right to suspend the privileges of any pass holder at any time at the sole discretion of the General Manager. Consistently poor behavior and violation of proper conduct may result in the termination of the program. Brentwood Golf Club reserves the right to refuse service as warranted.
Medical Credit
Brentwood Golf Club will honor Medical Condition time off to be credited to current Annual Pass holders applied to future following year’s annual dues. A doctor’s certification of disability is required.

All comments, concerns, or disputes should be addressed to the General Manager.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Changes to Terms and Conditions may be made from time to time to ensure appropriate operation of the club. All changes will be made at the sole discretion of the General Manager and will be communicated in a timely basis as appropriate.
